Banktivity moved backwards when they upgraded from ver 5 to 6 and 7 and dropped some of the reporting capability. Most important capability they dropped was the ability to do forecasting and projection with their reports. They dropped the ability to use Scheduled Transaction which made their reporting very limited and they have not put that capability back to both ver 6 & 7.

Kms619, Great App, Great Support - Highly RecommendedThe app itself works great. Does forecasting, does budgeting, does everything I ever needed. I pretty much literally tried every other app and didn't care for them. The only thing I liked was Quicken back when I was on Windows.But what really nails it is the support. I'm not a squeaky wheel. (Usually.) So if and when I send in a ticket it's because of a serious need. A couple updates ago they dropped forecasting - which is a huge reason for why I liked MoneyWiz in the first place (I'm the type that makes decisions based on 6 month/2 year, etc forecasts).

I'd been using it on an iMac and iPhone for years and the sync was perfect - but added a windows 10 machine this year and was pleasantly surprised that it works just as well there.Bottom Line: Been using this software for 3 or 4 years now and every once in a while I glance at the others but this is still far and away the best personal finance software available, IMO. They synch perfectly, the functions are intuitive and easy to use. The customer support is prompt and always corrects any problems. Your data is backed up on the Cloud so no need to worry losing it. I have MoneyWiz2 without the inerface with my bank or broker, so I enter some data manually. This version lacks the paycheck entry process so I enter income and expense separately, The scheduling process works great. My only negative is the available report formats, there are ways to get a Cash Flow but it requires some processing, New Worth is easy.I don't know what the current costs are for each app, but compared to others on the market this is a great value.
